Big Brother has unveiled its house for the 2026 season, which is due to launch this weekend. While we’re yet to be introduced to the new contestants who will occupy the house for the next few weeks, the show has shared the all-important look.
The first pictures depict dark maroon-red, blue, green and wood tones, while the new Diary Room chair takes on the iconic eye logo shape once again.
The series returns on ITV this Sunday, and beforehand will undertake a first as content creators The Bov Boys – who include Angryginge – move in for a livestreamed “dry run” of the house over 24 hours.

Fans can expect “maximum mayhem”, with the collective “keeping the team on their toes and putting the House to the test in a way they certainly won’t have anticipated”.
The new season has also enlisted show legend Kate Lawler and influencer GK Barry to host new companion show Big Brother: The Group Chat, which broadcasts after the main show on ITV2, ITVX and YouTube.
Elsewhere, Digital Spy recently caught up with hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best, the former teasing of the new season: “Well, first of all, it’s going to be the biggest, longest series in this iteration of Big Brother ever.
“So we’ve got eight exciting weeks, which is really, really brilliant!”, Will adding: “More of us. More housemates. Yeah. So that’s one big thing.”

The latter further said: “We’ve been assured by the powers that be that this series really is going to be bigger and better than anything that we’ve done on ITV so far.”
“The story unfolds every single night. It’s live. Everyone’s under surveillance constantly,” AJ continued. “And so, the beautiful thing about this show is that the story unfolds as we see it. So, we’re all being part of the history that I’ve no doubt it will make.”
Big Brother returns on 13 September at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX. Big Brother: The Group Chat will air on ITV2, ITVX and YouTube, with episodes also available across major podcast platforms.
