The only downside, she says, “you have to eat them all in one sitting.” She shares that this recipe was inspired by an interaction she had with a New York nutritionist toting “vegetables, vegetables, vegetables” as the secret to good health. The actress even demos her best New York accent to tell the tale in the cute new clip.
