22 Kids and Counting star Sue Radford is almost unrecognisable after shedding two stone through a simple exercise routine and a shift in mindset. Keen to focus on her physical health, the mother-of-22, who lives with her large family in Morecombe, has been regularly attending the gym – and her weight loss has been so dramatic that people have mistaken her for one of her daughters.

In a post on Instagram, she revealed the two exercises that have helped her drop dress sizes. She said: “Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, burned off 207 calories. Did 15 minutes on the stairmaster today. I’m aiming for 20 minutes tomorrow.”

Following this, she spent approximately 25 minutes having a hydromassage, which aids in reducing stress, improving circulation, and assisting muscle recovery. This comes after Sue posted a mirror selfie in a matching black gym outfit, showcasing her weight loss.

Her Instagram post read: “Housework done. Tip run done. Car changed. Now time for the gym. Productive Monday. #Motivation #Gym #Housework.”

Fans expressed their joy for the 50 year old in the comments, with one saying: “I thought this was Sophie for a second!”

Last year, Sue revealed she had embarked on a fitness journey and had already lost around two stone.

Later, she expressed her delight at reaching the “eight-stone bracket,” which was her target weight, noting that size 12 trousers are now too big for her.

On Instagram, she shared: “I never thought I’d ever wear anything like this again, but I feel so much healthier and more confident after losing nearly two stone.

“I had put on so much weight just eating rubbish food and felt awful.

“I’m now back in the eight-stone bracket, which is where I wanted to be, so I’m really chuffed.”

Sue is recognised as the matriarch of Britain’s largest family. She was just 14 years old when she gave birth to her first child, Christopher, who is now 36.

After Christopher, she had Sophie, now 32, Chloe, 30, Jack, 28; Daniel, 26, Luke, 25, Millie, 24, Katie, 23, James, 22, Ellie, 20, Aimee, 19, Josh, 18, Max, 17, Tillie, 15, Oscar, 14, Casper, 13, Alfie, who was stillborn in 2014, Hallie, 10, Phoebe, nine, Archie, eight, Bonnie, seven, and Heidie, five.
