BFree, the gluten-free food company founded by Cuisine de France’s Ronan McNamee, has seen its sales surge following a €10m-plus investment programme that has helped it weather US president Donald Trump’s global tariff assault.
The company said its sales growth has hit 25pc this year, while it has experienced 40pc growth in North America.
