Evan Mock, model: “I’m not one to be in the gym every day, or on a crazy diet regimen. Growing up in Hawaii, we didn’t really think about that ever—like, at all. Surfing was such a big part of my life growing up, and it still is…Just outside being active, surfing, skating, hiking. Walking in the sand is a workout in itself, honestly.”

Payton Talbott, UFC fighter: “Most of the bones I broke weren’t from fighting, [they were] from snowboarding and skating. Skating’s got a little more difficult because of getting a little older. My ankles aren’t the same as they used to be. But when my body feels good, I’m always down to do it. I think it’s good, mentally, to get that separation from training.”

Ellis: “I used to play [basketball] in a couple different leagues in L.A., but I don’t play that much anymore. Honestly, I got a homeboy who makes fun of me for this all the time. I don’t play as much anymore because I started to realize I can’t go to work with a black eye. If I get hurt, I’m essentially asking my director on a movie—or my showrunner on a show—to figure out how to work in my injury.”

Z. Brown: “Being able to play Madden or Fortnite while I’m on the Arc Trainer for an hour, it makes an hour go by like that.”

Arch Manning, quarterback for the University of Texas: “I’ve done some grounding. That’s good stuff, feeling connected to the earth. I’ll just take my cleats off right after practice and walk around. Everyone’s like, ‘What’s the matter with this guy?’”

D. Brown: “I’m really into CrossFit. When I sit there and I watch girls’ workout videos, I hop up, start doing pull-ups and shit…I got a nice size backyard. I just go out into my backyard, put a weighted vest on, and I got 50-pound dumbbells. I’ll pick those up and just do farmer walks around my backyard. Barefoot, though. I just do that for like 30 minutes. I put a podcast on and just walk. The spiritual shit definitely help with the fitness. I meditate 30 minutes a day now. I’m fucking doing grounding shit. I’m all about the toe ring bitch shit right now
