Strength-training enthusiast Frankie Bridge has shared the trainers behind the workouts helping her stay consistent.

She replied: ‘I’ve been using the Ladder app for a few months now. I’ve been doing [strength and Pilates coach] Maia Henry‘s workouts and recently switched to Allegra Paris to mix it up for a bit.’
